When I first downloaded the +15 trainer for Mafia 2 it actually worked but afterwords I decided to reinstall the game cause I had previously removed the cops from the game by removing a file but now that the game has been reinstalled the trainer no longer works.

If anyone knows how to get the trainer to detect the game could you please tell me, I would be very appreciative.

It's simple: in the game's directory (where the game is installed), change the game's executable name to "mafia2" (without quotes and all letters are lowercase)
