I haven't seen such an option in any trainers so i don't know what you mean exactly, what does it do. I think you mean the weapon damage, thats what its called in trainers mostly. Its basically a one hit kill option, increases your weapon damage causing quick kills so i have never bothered with it since its too much work than usual and just good for increasing your option count since you will have two options for instan kills.

Such an option can be made by finding the weapon's structure and modifying its damage stats. How do you find it, good question. The answer to which is, it can either be easy on some game engine's and if you're lucky, you could find it around ammo structure. But if not, you will need extensive debugging. And i don't believe Cheat Engine is the tool to do it.

What you will need is IDA for a nice listing of game functions and dissecting the game engine, a lot of redbull and active brain with asm knowledge in it, leisure hours and Ollydbg. You should choose call of duty modern warfare 3 as your first target because it contains nice strings references, the engine of it being outsourced (i don't care if Activision says its "new" engine, most of the structure is same like the first cod game which used an open-source engine called Quake) so your best bet is to grab that engine, it will ease things a lot.

What i feel though ? you aren't up for it, if you were, you wouldn't be asking this question. I have seen sheep make this option a  lot (weapon damage modification) so ask for pointers (by pointers i mean addresses/debug paths!) from him for a game he trained and if you're lucky, he might just make your day.

PS: If it sounds i am sarcastic or whatever, do not think like that. Its just late and i know you will not come back so i am trying to reply fast before i go to sleep. Meh a mandatory thing to do being an owner of this place.

Cheers :)

Like i said, its weapon damage modification. You can see the trainer doesn't have one hit kill option and has this one instead.

Bullet impact is based on the modification of the current weapon you are holding in your hands.
Like every weapon the one carried in your hands is holding a 'WeaponStructure' in that structure
a lot of things are decided, like your firing rate, the amount of bullets you have in stock, current amount of ammo and a lot of other things weapon related.
On a couple occasions Bullet Impact is part of that structure. Thing is that the impact a bullet might be giving is different for
each different weapon the game has and never changes, just like a speed or jump modifier.
